• Ongoing maintenance and support

Specific services, deliverables, timelines, and fees are governed by individual project agreements or statements of work ("SOW") entered into between Zaviora Digital and the client.

3. Use of Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Use the site in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
• Transmit unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its related systems.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Zaviora Digital or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Upon full payment for a project, clients receive ownership of the agreed deliverables as specified in the SOW. Zaviora Digital retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise agreed: a deposit is required before work commences; milestone payments are due upon completion of each project phase; final payment is due before delivery of final files. Overdue invoices may attract interest at the rate of 1.5% per month. Zaviora Digital reserves the right to suspend work on accounts with outstanding balances.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of a project. This obligation survives termination of the engagement for a period of three (3) years.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

Zaviora Digital warrants that services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. The website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zaviora Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from a project shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that specific project.

9. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. Zaviora Digital has no control over the content of those sites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a project engagement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed to date. Zaviora Digital may terminate immediately if the client breaches these Terms or any project agreement.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the relevant jurisdiction agreed upon in the project SOW.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
